Tickets. You should be aware that, in accordance with the “Act on Certain Consumer Agreements § 17”, tickets are generally not subject to a right of cancellation. We draw particular attention to the fact that Ticketbutler, as the intermediary of the ticket, is not liable for cancellations etc.
Other services. For other services, according to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without reason. The deadline is calculated differently depending on whether it is the purchase of a product or the purchase of a service. When purchasing an item, the cancellation period runs from the time you get physical possession of the item. For the purchase of services, the cancellation period runs from the conclusion of the agreement.
The right of withdrawal is conditional on the service being delivered back to the organizer in essentially the same condition and quantity as it was when it was delivered to you.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal vis-à-vis the organizer, you must contact the organizer directly and then return the item to the same. The organizer will then refund the purchase price to you. You can also choose to notify Ticketbutler that you wish to use your right of cancellation by e.g. filling out this form, and Ticketbutler will then contact the organizer about this.
